The Leo Tire & Wheel GoldenRule Tire Assurance Program provides comprehensive protection against road hazards, roadside assistance, and long-term maintenance benefits.

Only available with Michelin, BF Goodrick, Goodyear, Uniroyal, Bridgestone, Firestone, and Pirelli. Other tire brands are exempt from this program.

GoldenRule Tire Assurance Program Coverage & Benefits

• ✅ 1-Year Roadside Assistance – Up to $75 per occurrence for covered services.
• ✅ Towing Included – Transport to the nearest qualified repair facility.
• ✅ Flat Tire Assistance – Installation of a usable spare tire.
• ✅ Battery Jump-Start, Lockout Assistance & Emergency Fuel Delivery (fuel cost not included).
• ✅ 3-Year Nationwide Road Hazard Protection – Covers tire damage from potholes, nails, debris, and other road hazards.
• ✅ Reimbursement for Tire Replacement based on pro-rated coverage:
  • Year 1: 100% reimbursement
  • Year 2: 50% reimbursement
  • Year 3: 25% reimbursement
• ✅ Coverage lasts until the tire reaches 2/32” tread depth or 36 months, whichever comes first.
• ✅ Easy Claims Process – File claims by calling 1-866-830-4191.
• ✅ Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable – Applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be canceled.

Eligibility & Purchase Requirements

• ✔ Tires must be purchased from Leo Tire & Wheel.
• ✔ The program must be added at the time of tire purchase.
• ✔ All claims require the original invoice and proof of eligible tire purchase.

How to Make a Claim

For Roadside Assistance:

• Call 1-866-830-4191 to request service.
• Pay for the service up front.
• Submit a reimbursement claim within 60 days by mailing:
  • A copy of your original tire purchase invoice.
  • A copy of the roadside service invoice.
  • Your name, address, and phone number.
  • Mail to: NTW Roadside Assistance, P.O. Box 33535, Denver, CO 80233.

For Road Hazard Protection:

• Call 1-866-830-4191 before replacing a damaged tire.
• Provide the original purchase invoice for verification.
• The damaged tire must be available for inspection.
• If approved, receive reimbursement up to the eligible amount.

Exclusions & Limitations

• ❌ Damage due to improper maintenance, underinflation, or mechanical defects.
• ❌ Cosmetic damage such as curb rash or sidewall scuffs.
• ❌ Off-road, racing, or commercial heavy-duty use.
• ❌ Seasonal, trailer, and low-profile performance tires.
• ❌ Claims must be submitted within 60 days.

📜 Addendum: Warranty Details from Tire Distributor

The following details are provided directly from our tire distributor and apply to the coverage included in the GoldenRule Tire Assurance Program.

1-Year Roadside Assistance

Coverage includes towing, flat tire assistance, battery jump-starts, lockout service, and emergency fuel delivery. Customers must call 1-866-830-4191 for service and submit claims within 60 days.

3-Year Nationwide Road Hazard Protection

This plan covers damage from potholes, nails, and debris for 36 months or until the tire tread reaches 2/32” depth. Replacement reimbursement follows this schedule:

• Year 1: 100% reimbursement
• Year 2: 50% reimbursement
• Year 3: 25% reimbursement

Customers must call 1-866-830-4191 before replacing a damaged tire. Claims must be submitted within 60 days to NTW Roadside Assistance, P.O. Box 33535, Denver, CO 80233.

Exclusions and Limitations

• ❌ Manufacturer defects, neglect, or abuse.
• ❌ Cosmetic damage like curb rash or scrapes.
• ❌ Consequential or incidental damages.
• ❌ Tires worn below 2/32” tread depth.
• ❌ Off-road or racing use.

Cancellation & Transferability

The plan may be canceled within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued. This plan is non-transferable.
